music on youtube copyrightAre all the music in youtube copyright?

I wanted to download some songs on to my mp3 from youtube but i wanted to make sure it's not copyright. I don't want to brake the law. Thanks!
If it's for your mp3, it's okay. The problem is uploading copyright content back onto the web, into the public domain because it is legally regarded as unauthorized copying.
Many teens just can't seem to get their head music on youtube copyrightaround music copyright law that has been around for over 60 years. There are copyright advisories all over the YouTube site.
It is the teen obsession with uploading copyright music that got the YouTube founders totally fed up to the point they decided to give up and sell the site off - their dream destroyed (a site for people to share HOME videos - shot with music on youtube copyrightvideo camera or cell phone with the users own sound)
Most music is copyrighted by the record company that produced it or by the artist that recorded it. So taking music from YouTube on most songs would be considered breaking copyright laws and therefore illegal.
Some of them are, not all. You have to check on specific ones.
not all
