I've seen videos of games being played on Zunes and I know that Microsoft is going to start selling games this fall, but until that happens do you know where I can download Zune games without paying?

Most people don't realize that Microsoft is not the one making games, users are. So most will be free.
Sadly the release is currently to be annouced. Journalists forecast late May, but the wait could be longer. If you are an XNA developer, you may be able to test alphas/bedownload games microsoft zunetas out yourself, but I'm just forecasting.

I would really suggest you wait until it's official. You can never know if the so-called "game" you found for a Zune might be a virus of some kind.
