i want to put music videos on my ipod but i dont want to pay for them. so i can't use itunes and i tried limewire but that just doesnt work. so can you give me some places to go where i can download videos for free?
what my brother and i do is: go to google video. and lets say if you want "awakening" by switchfoot. put in the search AWAKENING by SWITCHFOOT and when the videos pop up, look for the video but it has to be a google video. it can't be a youtube or myspace video. you can't find every video due to that so keep that in mind but i've found a lot of what i'm lookin for. so once u find one that the video is on google, click on it (no duh. haha) on the right side of the screen you'll see "download for" and click the arrow thing and choose from the options "video ipod/sony PSP" and then cldownload music videosick download. once u do that, a thing will pop up and ask u what u want to do with the file. click the option "save to disk" and it will show-up on your desktop and then u just add it to your itunes list.
*note* for some reason the video will be under "movies" on ur itunes and ipod

It is not possible, you need itunes in order to put stuff into your Ipod. IPods use a specific type of videos. You can still put those videos you download, but yodownload music videosu have to convert them then transfer them to Itunes.

well you could download the videos from limewire but they have to be in the right format (mpeg-4 i think) but programs i use to convert them are videora ipod converter (to convert limewire videos and they end up being a good quality vidz another program i use is ares tube it is a bit faster than useing videoara you just go to a site like youtube (or another site off a huge list) and go to the video and push the add button and you can download a bunch of videos at a time but these videos usually are not good quality

Hi,I'd like to know if downloading games from a site that might be illegal will put you in trouble. KT Tunstall - Saving my face' onto the words 'removable disk' and same goes for moving videos - find em and drag em.

I have bought OEM software in the past and been happy with it. The discount for the particular product you mentioned seems steep (so I would be highly suspicious). Is this a respectable company? Unfortunately, the only way to know if you are buying a legal product is to see some kind of proof that the distrubtor has the legal right to sell the software. Some sort of distribution/licensing agreement. Why not send an email and ask for proof that the product is legit? It would be the safe play for your legal concerns.

There is probably some adware/spyware or virus that is running on the system, and it will not show up under Add/Remove programs by virtue of how they get on the system in the first place.

As it only takes a couple hours to perform backups and reinstall the OS, thus giving you a clean slate, that's the recommend methodology.
As for what's causing the slowdown -- if it almost freezes up, it means that you are probably running out of RAM (random access memory, not to be confused with hard disk / storage). In that situation, your system begins swapping, or using free space on your hard disk as backup. The issue is that your hard disk is 1000 times slower, which results in the system seizing up.
As for how much hard disk storage space is used -- contrary to popular belidownload shockwave player 11.0 freeef, using too much of it doesn't slow the computer down. It's one of those things where you either have enough or don't have enough. If you have enough, your computer runs fine, and if not, things fail catastrophically. In your case, you have a 80GB HDD, 13GB of which is used. This is fine.

You don't want to do that. Reflashing the firmware is done only if the producer (Nokia) issues an important firmware update. Don't mess with such stuff yourself, or you'll end up with a brick instead of a phone.
The best way to remove the virus is by using an anti-virus program that can recognize, identify and remove it properly. Allternatively, you can hard-reset the phone. This will kill the virus, along with everything else you have added to the phone (games, phone numbers, etc.) and will restore the factory settings. However, it will kill the virus only from the main memory of the phone. If it has also infected the MMC card, it will re-infenokia flash software downloadct the phone from there during the reboot. So, make sure you remove the MMC card before the resetting and delete its contents using an MMC card reader on PC.
In order to reset (format) the phone, do the following:
1. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
2. Turn phone off and remove the MMC card.
3. Now this can be little tricky, but it's not so difficult. While the phone is complelty switched off, you must hold down three keys. These keys are the green call key, the star (*) key and the number 3def key. (If you hold phone laying in front of you on a hard surface it makes the procedure a lot less tricky.)
4. Once you have all the three keys firmly pressed, you need to reach out with your right index finger to switch the phone on. You must not release any of the 3 buttons while doing this, or the formatting will fail.
5. Keep all the three keys pressed untill the phone asks you to enter your country, then date and time. That's when you know the procenokia flash software downloaddure has been succesfull and phone has been fully formatted. If you do not get prompted to enter the country and date and time, then the formatting has failed and you must try again. It's likely that you have released a button while switching the phone on. If it doesn't work on the first attempt, keep trying.
There are also two other ways to "format" the phone which are less tricky to perform but which delete less, so a virus might survive them:
1. Restore original phone settings: enter the number *#7780#
2. Soft format: enter the number *#7370#

i was watching band of borthers and in the 2nd part they were doing a war game where they were in the woods and they noticed they were gonna get amubhsed so they decided to run to the nearest hill and all got killed.. but anyway..

I just recently bought an ipod video and I'm trying to put music videos on it, I finally figured out how to do it but the problem is the video plays but the sound doesnt. I was able to find out that the ipod only plays certain formats. All the videos I've tried to put on it seem to be a mpeg1 multiplex and that doesnt work with the ipod video. Now even though Limewire claims to share only the folder you told it to, you have to understand the immense amount of skilled hackers there are. You see how people who have never even heard of Limewire get their computers hacked every day, and Limewire damn near provides the tools with all of this "folder sharing" business. Plus, Limewire shares your IP Address (just like torrents), which is basically the key to your internet connection. Basically, this program kicks Limewire's ***, but in case you need further proof, let's weigh the advantages and disadvantages:

2. type intitle index of mp3 + whatever song you choose
for example: intitle.index of love lockdown
