I don't if i should download them or if they are genuine microsoft downloads.These are all kinds of updates like xp,excel,explorer etc.
dont download updates bcoz if ur version is not geniune , u will get notification if ur xp is not genuine and in 20 days u'll lose ur os.

ya they are definitely Microsoft's. Create a restore point before you update or a disk image so if the updates effect anything on your computer negatively you can restore your computer to its previous state
